The 3 Christmas Movies Everyone Loves

The Christmas season is the best moment of the year to sit back, relax, grab a bag of popcorn and watch a good movie. It’s also the most beautiful period in a year, so it would feel good to watch a great movie whether silly. There is always something about our favourite Christmas movies that makes us watch them over and over again. Here are 3 of the most beautiful Christmas movies of all the time.

It’s a Wonderful Life

Many say that this film is an essential Christmas movie. The story, where James Stewart features George Bailey, is the one of a man who is going through tough times to the point of wishing he had never been born. When his gardian angel is sent on earth, and grants his wish for a short time. He is given the opportunity to look and see how things would have been if he actually was not born. Hope is the main subject of this movie. It allows us to realize that no matter how small we thought we can be in this wide world, we always have something to offer, we have something to share with anyone else. What we might consider as a very small deed may mean a lot bigger to the others.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

This movie, adapted from Dr. Seuss' book, is unquestionably a hit to both children and grownups alike. The subject of this Christmas movie is about a grinch who is rejected as a child because of his physical manifestation. As he grows up, he takes on revenge against the people in the town of Whoseville and plans to steal all the Christmas decorations and gifts away from them. Fortunately, there is a young girl who knows him from the inside and understands his feelings and teaches him the real significance of Christmas so he backs out on his malefic plans and eventually Whoseville people welcome him again.

A Christmas Carol

Not only this Christmas movie surpassed time but it also remains a favourite for a lot of people. The story, written by Charles Dickens is about an old merchant, Ebenezer Scrooge, whose only interest in life is to earn more and more money. Scrooge rejected everyone who gets in the way of his desire to make money, even his own family. After having declared that Christmas is a fraud, he imagines being visited by Christmas ghosts showing him his wrong ways and hoping he would take a turn and walk the good path in his remaining days on earth. This Christmas movie teaches a good story of how to be always there for your fellowmen and doing the right ways.
